Season Management lets admins structure the team around a football season and seamlessly transition to the next:

  • Active Season: All app data (penalties, finances, equipment, calendar) reflects the currently selected season
  • Close Season Wizard: A guided wizard walks the admin through rolling over members, wallet balances, and equipment at the end of the year
  • Wallet Carryover Choice: Admin decides whether to carry over player wallet balances into the new season as an opening entry, or reset to €0
  • Season Archives (Premium): Past seasons are available as read-only archives — every penalty, financial report, and statistic preserved
  • Season Champion Badge: The top-ranked player when a season closes earns a permanent Champion badge
  • Season Switcher: Switch between seasons from the Home tab — all tabs update automatically to reflect the selected season's data

Browsing past seasons is a premium feature. Season management itself (creating and closing) is available to all admin users.

Can a user hold multiple roles simultaneously? +

Yes — TEAM WALLET X fully supports multi-role users. A player can also be a coach, or an admin can hold a secondary specialist role like Physiotherapist or Analyst.

  • Admins are required to have at least one secondary role by design
  • All assigned roles unlock their respective Feature Hubs simultaneously
  • A scrollable Role Carousel in the Profile tab lets you navigate between all your role hubs
  • Roles are assigned by the admin and visible to the full team
Is TEAM WALLET X available on Android? +

Currently, TEAM WALLET X is available exclusively on iOS (iPhone and iPad), requiring iOS 17.0 or later.

We focused on iOS first to deliver the best possible experience with native performance, seamless integration with iOS features, and premium design quality. Android expansion is being evaluated based on user demand.
