Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TeamWalletX ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including team administrators and players.

Description of Service

TeamWalletX is a sports team management application that provides:

• Team penalty and fine tracking
• Player management and roster organization
• Payment tracking and financial management
• Gamification features including achievements and leaderboards
• Team communication and coordination tools

The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use TeamWalletX, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are prohibited from:

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Attempting to breach security measures
• Interfering with other users' use of the service

Team Administration

Team administrators have additional responsibilities:

• Ensuring team members consent to participation
• Using penalty features fairly and appropriately
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Respecting team members' privacy and rights
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Administrators must not:

• Use the service to harass or discriminate
• Impose unreasonable or illegal penalties
• Misuse financial tracking features

Payment and Subscription Terms

For premium features:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds handled according to App Store policies
• Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
• Some features may be limited in free version

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• Display your content within the app's functionality

TeamWalletX and its features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using the service, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy
• International data transfers as necessary for service provision
• Use of cookies and similar technologies

Limitation of Liability

TeamWalletX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or data loss
• Disputes between team members
• Financial decisions based on app data
• Third-party actions or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately

Certain provisions survive termination, including limitation of liability and intellectual property rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email to registered users
• Posted updates in the app

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
